FROM KEITH:  I had my first 1st round flight opportunity.  The wind  was pushing 20mph and we had to hold the plane to keep it from flipping over.  Mercifully, the engine wouldn’t fire so I scratched.  Took the plane back to the pits and after a 20 minute wait it fired right up.  I think my dummy pilot was smarter than me.

I did go through static yesterday and that went well.  Judge complimented me for reading the rulebook and the research in my documentation.

"Finished a complete flight.  The winds were 15-18mph."
